  I am a Verizon customer and one time there the women erased all my phones apps when I said get rid of cloud storage from my plan I lost lots of data and a funny/stupid part was she deleted Anti-Malwarebytes thinking it's a virus. The last time we ever went there was to get my son a new phone I asked what was the specifications because my son knows alot about computers and I asked about the main processor/cpu and she said it was the brain of the phone I already knew that, I wanted the specs. Because of my experiences I go to Rockwall now since they actually know what they're doing and have a huge range of phones on display I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
